Saints Speak from Mrs. Marshall - 5/27/2021 - Thank You for a Great Year

Tomorrow is our last day of school! Thank you, thank you, THANK YOU for a great year. Despite the challenges and unique circumstances we have faced, our year has been a huge success! I have thoroughly enjoyed being part of the ASCA community and look forward to continuing to work, learn, and grow together. I wish your families a restful and rejuvenating summer!

Tomorrow, our final day of school, is a shortened day. We will celebrate mass together at 8:15am, and all students will dismiss at 9:30am. There is no after care, so please make sure you have made arrangements for pickup at 9:30; the car lines will be at Door 1 and Door 7 as usual. Click here for the mass livestream. This is a dress up day for students; they should wear dress clothes appropriate for mass. For boys, we recommend nice shorts or pants with a collared shirt. For girls, we recommend a dress, skirt, or nice pants. No jeans, leggings, or short shorts. Thanks to ASPA, the students will be given a tasty treat as they leave school to celebrate the last day!

As we enter into summer vacation mode, our minds are ready to relax and take a break. I encourage you all to do that, but don’t completely forget about school! To avoid the "summer slide" we ask all students to continue to practice their reading and math skills throughout the summer. All students entering junior high will be given a summer math packet with their report card tomorrow. Summer reading lists can be downloaded here:

• 1st-5th grade
• Junior High 

Please make time throughout the summer to read and practice your math skills!
