Want to be All in at All Saints? Here’s how!
All Saints Parent Association (ASPA)
Social butterflies, big-hearted people, and behind the scenes worker bees are all needed in our All Saints Parent Association (ASPA)! ASPA focuses on executing social events, building community, school fundraising, and spoiling our teachers. In previous years, ASPA has planned the Daddy/Daughter and Mother/Son events, book fairs, ASCA holiday shop, Teacher Appreciation Week, Grandparents Day, and Community Outreach. Some of these events have already taken place this school current year, with more to come, and are looking for your help! Whether you are able to help with in-school events or pitch in after hours, please contact the ASPA President, Megan Elberts (megan.elberts@gmail.com) to join the team!
All Saints Ambassadors (aka Marketing Committee)
If you have a passion to promote the school and use your creativity for the greater good of All Saints, please join our energetic All Saints Ambassador team! In partnership with the school administration, the All Saints Ambassadors assist on creation of the marketing strategy for school, and provide their expertise in the plan’s execution. The All Saints Ambassadors meet once a month and would love to recruit new members. Finance & Facilities Committee
Do you get fired up by a calculator, budget and financial forecasting? Do you work in trades or just handy around the house? If so, please consider joining our school Finance & Facilities committee. In conjunction with the school administrative team, the Finance & Facilities committee assists in creating the All Saints budget and forecast, which is essential to keeping our school as a thriving institution. This committee also consults with ASCA administration with respect to the school’s facility maintenance needs, which is a key budget component. Strong financial minds and those with skills in trades are needed! The Finance and Facilities committee meets once every quarter. Catholic Identity and Diversity Committee
In May of 2017, Pope Francis Tweeted “We are called to live not as one without others, above or against others, but with and for others.” At All Saints, we celebrate differences and are united by faith! It’s one of our school’s founding pillars and a fundamental value of our Catholic faith. Our Catholic Identity and Diversity Committee is seeking new members to drive and fuel our values within our community. If this is your mission, please join us! Fundraising Committee
All Saints is seeking strategic, creative and connected individuals to join our tight-knit Fundraising Committee. On this committee, you will use your expert communication skills and keen sense of initiative to spot fundraising opportunities, collaborate on ways to develop relationships with potential donors, and create/execute fundraising campaigns. All Saints is still a newer school in our Diocese, and we have a focus on building our revenue steams to continue improving and maintaining our beautiful school. This year, we celebrated our 1st ASCA Annual Day of Giving which took place on the Feast of All Saints, November 1st. Also, returning this Spring - the All Saints Golf Outing on Monday, May 16 at White Eagle Golf Club. Save the date, or better yet - join the committee to help plan the event. All Saints Dinner Dance and Auction (DDA)
Calling all party planners! Calling all party planners! All Saints Dinner Dance and Auction (DDA) needs your help! The DDA is All Saints largest fundraiser and best time of the year! We look forward to being back in person in 2022, bringing families together for a spectacular evening of fun and community! The DDA Committee is always recruiting volunteers to help with planning, fundraising, sponsorships, logistics and more.
