All Saints Parent Association (ASPA)

 
 
The All Saints Parent Association (ASPA) is committed to building a strong community by supporting our students, teachers, and school families.   We warmly invite you to join us on our Facebook Page at https://www.facebook.com/groups/1992483067630660, which is wonderful place to connect with other school parents.   Please note that this is a private Facebook group for parents of currently enrolled students.

The All Saints Parent Association (ASPA) is excited for another great school year!  Please save the date for our first  ASPA meeting of the year on Monday, September 14, 2026 at 6:30pm in McSherry Hall.  A New Family Mixer will preceed the meeting at 6pm.

There are a lot of opportunities to volunteer and help plan the events, both during school hours and/or outside of school hours. ASPA is also a great place to make new friends and get involved with our school!

Meeting Dates

Just by being a school parent, you are a member of ASPA, the All Saints Parent Association.  All are invited to join us at ASPA meetings.  ASPA provides many opportunities to get to meet other parents, and to get involved in activities that benefit our students and the school. If you have any questions, contact ASPA at aspa@ascacademy.org.  

 

2026-2027 ASPA Meetings:

All meetings are in McSherry Hall.  Please enter the school via our main entrance at Door 1.  Meeting minutes will be added to the website within a couple of weeks following each meeting (click on the dates below to view the meeting minutes).

Volunteer Requirements

If you have volunteered in the past, please log into your Virtus account at https://www.virtusonline.org/virtus/ and complete the recently added module to be compliant. If you are a new family to ASCA, please visit the “Resources” tab on the FACTS Family Portal for instructions on how you can complete the volunteer requirements.

Faith's Law

All Saints follow's Faith's Law, an Illinois law enacted in 2023 to support schools in ensuring the safety of all children while at school. School Accreditation and Recognition

All Saints Catholic Academy is accredited through the Western Catholic Educational Association (WCEA).

WCEA is a nationally recognized accrediting body that evaluates Catholic schools based on academic quality, Catholic identity, leadership, and long-term sustainability. The achievement affirms the Diocese of Joliet’s and All Saints Catholic Academy's continued commitment to excellence in both education and faith formation and formalizes a process for continuous school improvement.


 

All Saints Catholic Academy has received 'Recognition' status from the Illinois State Board of Education (ISBE) as a non-public school, and been state recognized since its inception in 2005.  A "recognized school" means that an ISBE appointed team has visited the school to confirm it is following all required laws. The ISBE team looks at school policies, student and staff files, safety records, and other things; a team revisits the school every five years.  Find out more about non-public school recognition at the ISBE site - https://www.isbe.net/nonpublicprograms.

School Year Hours:  7:30 AM - 4 PM.  Our main entrance during the school year is Door 1.

Summer Office Hours:  9am to Noon (Monday through Thursday) June through end of July.  Please come to Door 7 during the summer months.  Please phone first to confirm that the office is open.
