For those of you who get excited when the Crayolas and glue sticks replace the summer outdoor furniture at Target – school supply ordering for the 2024-2025 school year is coming soon!

NEW: 2024 Summer Camps with Mrs. Breunig (ASCA Art Teacher)
Registration is now open for Mrs. Breunig’s ever popular summer art and twirling camps, but only a few openings remain. Thjs year’s camps will be held at Our Lady of Mercy in Aurora from Monday, June 17 – Thursday, June 20.

Daddy Daughter Dance: Saturday, April 20, 2024
Get your tickets for this year’s Daddy Daughter Dance and join us Under the Sea. Enjoy an evening of music, dancing and fun with your daughter(s). The dance is open to all girls currently enrolled from pre-school through eighth grade and their father/father figure. Come out and have an evening to remember!

Show your school spirit on Spirit Wear Wednesday. On most Wednesdays, students may wear a spirit wear top over/with their uniform bottom. Spirit wear is available from both Deb’s Embroidery, Lands’ End, and Squadlocker.

All Saints is now pleased to begin our 3nd year of partnership with Deb's Embroidery to be able to offer spirit wear year round! They also had all of the really cool spirit wear items at Meet and Greet.
Orders can be placed at any time. We hope that you will check back often to check on new items. Moving forward, orders that are placed by the 15th of each month will be processed by the 25th of the month, with delivery to school during the first week of the following month the order was placed.

Martin Luther King Day of Service - Monday, January 15, 2024
Monday, January 15th is our Martin Luther King Day of Service. We remember the life and legacy of Dr. Martin Luther King Jr., and we look for opportunities to do some form of service for our own communities. All students are asked to do an act of service either on this day or during the month of January, and complete this simple reflection sheet about their act of service.
ASCA provides two opportunities for you to consider, card making and packing food at Feed My Starving Children. Feed My Starving Children has just opened several additional time slots for ASCA families! Click here for more information on both of these options and to sign up. You may also choose your own service activity that is meaningful to your family.
Candy Cane Grams ARE BACK!
Make someone’s holiday sweet by purchasing a candy cane! The cost is $1 each. Elves will be delivering the candy canes and messages to classrooms on Wednesday, December 20, 2023.

Fall Musical - Wizard of Oz
Have you purchased your tickets yet? It is almost show time, and our students are ready to bring the classic and timeless story of the Wizard of Oz to life at All Saints.
Shows will take place this Friday, November 17 and Saturday, November 18 at 7pm. Tickets purchased in advance are $3 for students and $7 for adults; all tickets are $10 at the door. Click here to purchase your tickets today. .
Baton Twirling Clinic – Saturday, December 16
Learn basic marching steps and fundamentals of baton twirling with Lili Breunig, Co-Captain of the Purdue University All American Marching Twirling Team, and daughter of ASCA art teacher, Mrs. Breunig.
The clinic will run from 10:30am-1:30pm on Saturday, December 16. Lunch (pizza, fruit and cookie) will be provided. Students will have the opportunity to perform at halftime of the ASCA basketball game following the conclusion of the clinic that day. Click here for the information form.
JH MATHCOUNTS Competition Series – Tuesday, November 28
The MATHCOUNTS Competition Series is a national program that provides students the opportunity to compete in live, in-person math contests, and is the premier live competition for middle school students.
All Saints students in grades 6-8 are invited to participate in a school-level competition on Tuesday, November 28 after school. Participants will meet in Mrs. Samonds’ room (230) at 3:30pm, and students should be picked up at Door 1 around 5:15pm. For more information, click here or contact mathclub@ascacademy.org.
Out of Uniform Fundraiser for the ASCA Class of 2025
Out-of-Uniform fundraiser days are offered by the current 7th grade class (Class of 2025) to raise money for its 8th grade trip next year. Your child can enjoy a total of 7 Out-of-Uniform days by participating in the fundraiser. The Class of 2025 thanks you for your generous support!

The cost to participate is:
- $30 (per child) to participate in the Prepaid Package for all Seven Out-of-Uniform days (with a $60 MAXIMUM per family)

- $10 (per child) Drop-in Rate for each individual Out-of-Uniform Day
To take advantage of the Prepaid Package, please return the form to the school office by Friday, September 29, 2023. Payment should be via cash or check (payable to ASCA). If you prefer to pay for each Out-of-Uniform day separately, your child must bring in $10 cash the morning of the scheduled Out-of-Uniform day. Students who do not participate in this fundraiser must be in Perfect Uniform. Out of uniform passes can not be used.

Do you enjoy puzzles and figuring out challenging problems? The All Saints Math Club offers an enrichment opportunity that encourages students to explore a wide range of problems while developing deeper problem-solving skills.
Thank you to everyone for collecting and turning in your Box Tops for Education – both paper and electronic. A few parents asked us if they were still collecting paper box tops, and the answer is YES! (as long as they are not expired). Folks should also continue to use the App, and be sure to scan your receipts within 14 days of purchase.
