Fall Musical - Wizard of Oz

We are excited to share that we are bringing back the musical this year!! The weekend of November 17/18th, our 5th-8th  students will be performing in The Wizard of Oz!  Stay tuned for more information on upcoming performances.

No Cookin’ in the Kitchen at Portillo’s - Wednesday, October 4

A great way to enjoy the early dismissal today is to celebrate October’s No Cookin’ in the Kitchen event at Portillo’s, which will take place from 5-8pm.  


The event will take place at the Portillo's located at 950 E. Ogden Avenue, Naperville, 60563. This is the only Portillo's location participating.


Here is all you need to know about the Portillo's No Cookin’ event:


  • When: Wednesday, October 4, 2023
  • Where: 950 E. Ogden Avenue, Naperville, 60563
  • Time: 5 – 8pm (please do not go before 5pm – ASCA will not receive credit)
  • Why: Delicious food, fun with friends, AND, Portillo's will be donating 20% of qualifying sales back to ASCA.

For All Saints to receive credit for your visit:

  • In addition to placing your order in person, you can also place an online order, a phone order for pick up, an order in the Portillo's app, and a catering order that will be picked up on the day of the fundraiser.  Reminder - if you place your order in the drive thru, please be sure to inform the first order taker that you are participating in the fundraiser.  
  • For online or in app purchases for pick up, please enter the code Portillos10 before checkout in the "Apply Offer" field.

Note the following important details: 

  • Discounts, special offers, and gift cards may be used on the night of our fundraiser for orders placed in the restaurants and in the drive thru ONLY.  However, only the actual amount spent will be counted toward ASCA's fundraising total. 
  • Gift card sales will not be included in ASCA's fundraising total.
  • Discounts and special offers may not be used on online orders, phone orders for pick up, orders in the Portillo's app, or catering orders that will be picked up on the day of the fundraiser.
  • Delivery and third party orders will not count toward the fundraiser. 
  • Online, app, phone, and catering orders placed without the correct code (Portillos10), for pick up on a date that is not the date of the fundraiser (Wednesday, October 4), at a location other than the specified restaurant (950 E. Ogden Avenue, Naperville, 60563), or outside of the event time (5-8pm) - will not be count toward ASCA's fundraiser total.  


Last Word: As always, students who participate in the event will receive a Pick a Day Out of Uniform Pass. Simply send in your receipt (actual or copy) in an envelope marked ‘Portillo's' and your student’s name(s) and homeroom(s) OR, send your receipt copy via email to with ‘Portillo's' and your student’s name(s) and homeroom(s)" in the subject line. 


Thank you for your support, and we hope that you enjoy your meal at Portillo's!  Note that participation in No Cookin’ events does not count toward the Family Fundraising Obligation (FFO).   Also, please send your photos of all your No Cookin’ event fun to so we can share with others!

2023-2024 School Supply Ordering

For those of you who get excited when the Crayolas and glue sticks replace the summer outdoor furniture at Target – school supply ordering for the 2023-2024 school year continues through Sunday, June 25.  Click here for the informational flyer.  You can still order online after the June 25 deadline; however, supplies will be delivered to your gine, and there will be a price increase.

Out of Uniform Fundraiser for the ASCA Class of 2025

Out-of-Uniform fundraiser days are offered by the current 7th grade class (Class of 2025) to raise money for its 8th grade trip next year.  Your child can enjoy a total of 7 Out-of-Uniform days by participating in the fundraiser.  The Class of 2025 thanks you for your generous support!

Out-of-Uniform fundraiser days are:

  • Tuesday, October 10, 2023
  • Tuesday, November 20, 2023
  • Thursday, December 19, 2023
  • Tuesday, January 23, 2024
  • Thursday, February 15, 2024

  • Monday, April 25, 2024


The cost to participate is:

  • $30 (per child) to participate in the Prepaid Package for all Seven Out-of-Uniform days (with a $60 MAXIMUM per family)


  • $10 (per child) Drop-in Rate for each individual Out-of-Uniform Day


To take advantage of the Prepaid Package, please return the form to the school office by Friday, September 29, 2023. Payment should be via cash or check (payable to ASCA). If you prefer to pay for each Out-of-Uniform day separately, your child must bring in $10 cash the morning of the scheduled Out-of-Uniform day. Students who do not participate in this fundraiser must be in Perfect Uniform. Out of uniform passes can not be used.

Spirit Wear Wednesdays

Show your school spirit on Spirit Wear Wednesday. On most Wednesdays, students may wear a spirit wear top over/with their uniform bottom. COMING SOON: Our Kindness Rocks t-shirts!  Spirit wear is available from both Deb’s Embroidery and Lands’ End.

All Saints is now pleased to begin our 3nd year of partnership with Deb's Embroidery to be able to offer spirit wear year round! They also had all of the really cool spirit wear items at Meet and Greet.

Orders can be placed at any time. We hope that you will check back often to check on new items. Moving forward, orders that are placed by the 15th of each month will be processed by the 25th of the month, with delivery to school during the first week of the following month the order was placed.

All Saints Catholic Academy Choir

Students in grades 4-8 are invited to join the All Saints Catholic Academy Choir.   Choir will meet on Monday afternoons after school beginning on September 25, 2023.

All Saints Collects Box Tops for Education and Pop Tabs for Ronald McDonald House

Thank you to everyone for collecting and turning in your Box Tops for Education – both paper and electronic.  A few parents asked us if they were still collecting paper box tops, and the answer is YES! (as long as they are not expired).  Folks should also continue to use the App, and be sure to scan your receipts within 14 days of purchase.
