Saints Speak from Mrs. Marshall - 12/16/2021 - Merry Christmas
Christmas is just around the corner! Yesterday morning we had our 3- and 4-year-old Preschool Christmas concert. Our youngest students did a fantastic job singing songs for their parents. Thank you to our preschool team for all their efforts to prepare them!
Tonight, we will enjoy our K-5 Christmas Concert! As a reminder, this event will be held in the gym at 6:30pm. Due to space limitations we can only accommodate two guests per family, but you can click here to watch the show virtually. Tonight, all students and guests should enter at Door 1. Students will go directly to their classrooms and guests can proceed to the gym. Don’t forget your mask!
Be sure to check your child’s backpack today for an important packet from our Dinner Dance Auction committee! DDA will be held in person on March 12, 2022. Make sure you have this date on your calendar, and check out the packet for information on raffles, sponsorships, and how you can support the DDA AND earn toward your FFO! You can also download the packet information here.
In October, we participated in the Baby Bottles for Life campaign in support of Waterleaf. If you still have your baby bottle at home, whether it has been filled or not, please return it to the school office or welcome desk. Waterleaf appreciates any donations and will continue to use these bottles for future campaigns. Thank you for your support of this important organization!
Please also save the date for an ASCA Golf Outing on May 16th! If you are interested in getting involved with the Golf Outing Committee, please contact Wayne Klein (WKlein@kleinconstruction.net). The committee will meet in early 2022.
I’d like to recognize the students who earned Saintly Acts this week: Quinn T. (3rd grade), Nathan E. (3rd grade), Edison L. (3rd grade), Rylee R. (3rd grade), Jackson F. (3rd grade), Tyler T. (3rd grade), the entire 8.7 Science class, Noah G. (1st grade), Isabelle A. (2nd grade), Derek L. (6th grade), the entire 7.3B Specials class, Josie N. (1st grade), and Axel A. (1st grade). Keep being Saintly!
This is our last Saints Speak of 2021. I look forward to seeing many of you in person tonight, and for those we won’t see, Merry Christmas! We wish you a safe, restful, and joyous holiday with your families and loved ones and look forward to your return in 2022!
Warm regards,
Margie Marshall
