Saints Speak from Mrs. Marshall - 11/26/2024 - A Prayer of Thanksgiving

This week’s Saints Speak is short, as I know we are all ready for the Thanksgiving holiday!

We had a beautiful morning together with so many grandparents and special guests at All Saints. We are grateful for our grandparents and blessed that they were able to spend the day with us. It is so much fun to see the students showing off their school and sharing this time with their loved ones! Thank you to all our grandparents and VIPs who joined us for one of the most fun days at ASCA!

I will announce the Honor Roll list at our school Mass next week but wanted to share with parents now as well. Click here to view the First Trimester Honor Roll. We are proud of our students and all their accomplishments!

Below is a Thanksgiving prayer to consider saying on Thursday. Your family is in my prayers this holiday season. I am thankful to be part of our All Saints community and thankful for you and each one of your children. I wish you a safe and joyful holiday with your loved ones!

Father, we thank you for your abundant mercy and grace toward us.
We honor you this day as we gather together in a family full of gratitude.
We thank you for this meal and the hands that prepared it.
We thank you for your bountiful provisions.
We ask that you equip and encourage us to serve others who are in need.
May we be good stewards of your creation and of all our talents and blessings.
We proclaim glory and honor to you.
In the name of Jesus we pray.

Amen.
