Saints Speak from Mrs. Marshall - 4/16/2026 - God Can Work Through Us
Our saint this week is St. Bernadette, and our holy habit is hope. St. Bernadette was only 13 when Mary first appeared to her. Mary went on to appear to Bernadette 18 times. She told Bernadette to dig a hole, and from the hole sprung water that has healed many. Still today, people visit Lourdes, France, searching for healing from this holy water. Bernadette’s story reminds us to have hope that God works through each one of us. We are not too young, nor too old, nor too ordinary. If we open our hearts and allow Him in, he can work through us too.
Catholic Identity Presentations
Our Catholic Identity & Diversity Committee have a few great opportunities for our students this month! Last week, Deacon Jonathan from St. Margaret Mary Parish presented to all junior high students about relics. The students learned about what relics are and were able to see several relics as well.
Next week, we will have a presentation on Earth Day for our K-5 students from Sr. Marjorie, a Franciscan. She will be talking to the students about care for creation and St. Francis. We are also encouraging ALL students to demonstrate care for creation this week in their neighborhoods. Students who participate and return this form to school next week will get a pack of seeds to plant at home!
Book Fair Update
Thank you to all who have already shopped at the Book Fair, to our amazing volunteers, and to all who attended Literacy Night yesterday! We have sold just under $9,000 at the Book Fair so far. If we reach our goal of $12,000 in sales the whole school will get an out of uniform day! Students may shop all day today or after Mass tomorrow.
DDA Financial Update
The numbers are in, and I’m thrilled to share that the 2026 DDA was our most successful Dinner Dance Auction to date! The Fund-A-Need for the teacher salary enhancement fund raised a record-breaking $174,000, AND the rest of the auction’s net proceeds totaled just over $164,000! Funds raised through the rest of the event (live and silent auction, raffles, etc.) support the school’s operating budget, helping to bridge the gap between the cost of tuition and the cost to educate. Thank you again to all who made this fantastic event possible – our DDA chairs and all the parents who volunteered, our sponsors, those who attended and participated in the live and silent auctions, and all who supported the event behind the scenes by purchasing raffle tickets, Saintly Spots, or bidding on auction items from home. We are grateful for your support of our school community, our faculty, and our students.
Next year's DDA will be in February at a new location. Mark you calendars for Saturday, February 20, 2027, at Embassy Suites!

Yearbooks
You should have received an email directly from Elan Photography, but in case you missed it, click here to purchase your All Saints yearbook for the 25-26 school year! All 8th graders receive a yearbook as part of their graduation fees and do NOT need to purchase an additional one. For all other students, this is your only chance to purchase the yearbook as we do not purchase extras. Place your order by Sunday, April 19th, so you don’t miss out on this important book of memories!
