Update - Scrip Orders

Scrip Update as of Monday, March 16

With All Saints Catholic Academy closed from Monday, March 16  until further notice, there will be no processing any physical Scrip Gift Card orders until such a date when the school re-opens.  

Please note that Ecards and Reloads are still available.  

 

Purchasing Scrip is a GREAT and convenient way to earn money toward each family's Family Fundraising Obligation (or FFO).  By purchasing gift cards from all of places where you regularly shop, dine, and fill your gas tank, you can also benefit yourself, and potentially even earn tuition credit for the 2020-2021 school year.

The last SCRIP order that will count for this school year's fundraising commitment (FFO) is the Monday, February 24, 2020 physical card order for pick on Wednesday, February 26th. And for all reloadable and e cards, the last order date of February 26th. Any orders after that time will count for the next school year - 2020-2021.   Please contact scrip@ascacademy.org. 

All Scrip orders need to have been completed according to program requirements by 8 am today to be placed for pick up this week.

Faith's Law

All Saints follow's Faith's Law, an Illinois law enacted in 2023 to support schools in ensuring the safety of all children while at school. School Accreditation and Recognition

All Saints Catholic Academy is accredited through the Western Catholic Educational Association (WCEA).

WCEA is a nationally recognized accrediting body that evaluates Catholic schools based on academic quality, Catholic identity, leadership, and long-term sustainability. The achievement affirms the Diocese of Joliet’s and All Saints Catholic Academy's continued commitment to excellence in both education and faith formation and formalizes a process for continuous school improvement.


 

All Saints Catholic Academy has received 'Recognition' status from the Illinois State Board of Education (ISBE) as a non-public school, and been state recognized since its inception in 2005.  A "recognized school" means that an ISBE appointed team has visited the school to confirm it is following all required laws. The ISBE team looks at school policies, student and staff files, safety records, and other things; a team revisits the school every five years.  Find out more about non-public school recognition at the ISBE site - https://www.isbe.net/nonpublicprograms.

School Year Hours:  7:30 AM - 4 PM.  Our main entrance during the school year is Door 1.

Summer Office Hours:  9am to Noon (Monday through Thursday) June through end of July.  Please come to Door 7 during the summer months.  Please phone first to confirm that the office is open.
