Free and Reduced Lunch Forms

The 2013-2014 Free and Reduced Lunch Order Form needs to be completed and returned to ASCA by all families who are applying by Wednesday, August 28th.  Please contact Diane Huber at (630) 961-6125, or dhuber@ascacademy.org with any questions.  Copies of the forms and instructions in both English and Spanish are available at the school website, as well as in the school office.

Join us for SHPP’s First Meeting

All are welcome to attend our Welcome Back Coffee and SHPP meeting on Wednesday, September 11 at 9:15 am in Café 1(located across the hall from the school office) immediately following the school mass.  Whether you are a brand new school family or a seasoned veteran, please join us to learn more about SHPP (School Home Parish Partnership), upcoming events, and how you can become involved.  Please feel free to bring your youngsters along with you!  SHPP is a wonderful place to connect with each other as a part of the All Saints school community and family.  If you have any questions, please contact Robin Gullborg, SHPP president, at robinborg@sbcglobal.net.

Community Outreach

Event: Kid's Day of Service

When: Friday, September 6th after school (whenever you can get there) to 6 pm

What: Calling all kids (age 2 and up) and families!  Want to participate with us in a day of service sponsored by Whole Foods Markets nationwide?  Then join us at St. James Farm for an afternoon of clean up and tending (weeding, pruning, watering, harvesting, etc.) to one of DuPage counties most beautiful recreation areas!  In addition to volunteering, we will be serving an early dinner after we finish the work courtesy of the Whole Foods Market Wheaton & Willowbrook stores.  Complete the Service Project Form after performing the act of service.  For more information about the event and to RSVP, please go to https://wfmwheaton.eventbrite.com

Tears and Cheers - Preschool and Kindergarten

The start of kindergarten and preschool are momentous events - not just for our children, but for moms and dads, as well. We have scheduled a number of Tears and Cheers events for the parents of our preschool and kindergarten students, which will be held following drop off over the next few days.

Please join us for some light refreshments and fellowship on the recess pad (Cafe 1 in the event of rain) according to the following schedule:

  • Kindergarten parents on Friday, August 23 from 8 to 9 am
  • Preschool 4 parents on Monday, August 26 from 8:15 - 9:15 am
  • Preschool 3 parents on Tuesday, August 27 from 8:15 to 9:15 am
  • Pre Kindergarten parents at St. Elizabeth Seton on Thursday, August 29 from 8:30 to 9:30 am

 

Please take advantage of this opportunity to meet and socialize with other school parents, SHPP and school board members. We look forward to seeing you.

Fall Fun Fair

Well, it is finally here!

The ‘place to be’ this weekend will be the ASCA Fall Fun Fairthis Sunday, September 29 from 1-4 pm! Pre-ordered t-shirts and tickets will be going home today – Wednesday, September 25 - with your student. Please be sure to look for both, and contact Maria Gulli at pmgulli@comcast.net with any questions.

T-shirt colors by grade level are as follows: Yellow – Preschool through 1st grade, Orange - 2nd through 5th grade, Green - Junior High). Even if you didn't pre-order tickets, come to the Fun Fair – tickets will be available for purchase on Fair Day. This year's fun fair includes Sandy Candy, Bounce House, Cake Walk, Photobooth, Button making, Sports Zone, Games, Prizes and much, much more!

If you are donating peanut-free baked good items, please drop them off at school from 3:00 - 3:45 pm on Friday, September 27, or at Door 1(by the stained glass windows) from 9 am to Noon on Saturday, September 28. Thanks, and see you at the fair!

School Year Hours:  7:30 AM - 4 PM.  Our main entrance during the school year is Door 1.

Summer Office Hours:  9am to Noon (Monday through Thursday) beginning Monday, June 3, 2024 through Wednesday, July 31, 2024.  Please come to Door 7 during the summer months.  Due to summer construction projects, the school may be closed at various times over the summer break.  Please phone first to confirm that the office is open.
