Marmion/Rosary Little Cheer Clinic

All kids in grades K-8 are invited to participate in this Cheer Clinic hosted by the Marmion/Rosary Cheerleaders. The cost is $50 per person (+ $1 online service charge) and includes instruction, a t-shirt, and snack. Participants will also perform at a Marmion basketball game on December 13. Pop Tab Collection for Ronald McDonald House

We will be collecting pop tabs from aluminum cans this year to support the Ronald McDonald House and Edward Hospital. Pop tab donations can be brought in throughout the school year to your student’s classroom.  Last school year ASCA collected 33.7 pounds of tabs.  Let/s try to increase that number this year.  Thank you in advance for your help.

Mother Daughter Tea

Inviting all ASCA Mothers and Daughters to the First ASCA Mother Daughter Tea Party Event!  This lovely high tea experience will be held at Drury Lane in Oakbrook on Saturday November 12th in the afternoon.  Please click here to see the attached flyer for more details. Online sign up is currently taking place.  Please register today to secure your spot, and enjoy a lovely afternoon with your daughter(s) and friends.  Please contact Monica Risdon at monicarisdon@gmail.com with any questions.   

Out of Uniform Days

To participate and be out of uniform, you must have:

  • Already purchased the Prepaid Package for all 5 Out of Uniform days at $20/child with a maximum of $50 per family.  Prepaid orders are now closed and no longer being accepted.

  • You will need to bring in $10 Drop-in rate for each Out of Uniform Day.   

  • If you are not participating by having prepaid for the package OR bringing in your $10 drop in fee, YOU WILL BE EXPECTED TO BE IN UNIFORM ON FRIDAY, DECEMBER 16.

Halloween Costume Guidelines

We know that many of our preschool through grade 5 students are thinking about their costume for the Halloween Parade and parties on Monday, October 31.  Preschool through Grade 1 students may wear their costumes to school.  Grade 2 through 5 students should bring their costume to school to change into.

Please keep the following guidelines in mind when making/purchasing your costume:

  • No Masks

  • No Makeup

  • No Weapons

School Year Hours:  7:30 AM - 4 PM.  Our main entrance during the school year is Door 1.

Summer Office Hours:  9am to Noon (Monday through Thursday) beginning Monday, June 3, 2024 through Wednesday, July 31, 2024.  Please come to Door 7 during the summer months.  Due to summer construction projects, the school may be closed at various times over the summer break.  Please phone first to confirm that the office is open.
