Christmas Light Recycling

Did you find any burned out bulbs during your Christmas decorating?  From now through April 1, 2014, used holiday lights can be recycled at the Department of Public Works Recycling Drop-Off Center, located at 180 Fort Hill Drive. Residents may discard lights that no longer needed at the drop-off center during its normal hours of operation on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays from 8 am to 4 pm They may also be dropped off in the vestibule of the Public Works administrative offices during normal business hours, Monday through Friday from 7 am to 4:30 pm.

Accepted lights include:

  • Mini light (Italian lights)
  • C7
  • C9
  • Rope
  • LED
  • Extension cords

This program is a partnership of the City of Naperville and Elgin Recycling Inc.

Mother-Son Event – Chicago Wolves Hockey Game

Please join us for the 2nd annual ASCA Mother-Son Valentine Date Night with the Chicago Wolves on Saturday, February 15, 2014. The Wolves are playing the Milwaukee Admirals at the Allstate Arena. Tickets are $15 per person and include an ASCA/Wolves customized gray T-shirt, a Wolves winter maroon/yellow knit hat, free admittance to the pre-game fun fest in the Skyline room, and a special ASCA seating section on the lower level. The intent is for ASCA moms and sons to take part in the fun fest from 5:00 -6:30 pm; we will then move to a block of seats for the game which begins at 7:00 pm. The Chicago Wolves Hockey Flyer with event details will be sent home with all boys and will also be located on the school website. Return forms with payment are due to the ASCA office by Friday, January 24, 2014. If there are any questions, please contact Betsy Knox at betsy.knox@alcatel-lucent.com. Passion and Purpose for Marriage

This event will be presented by Dynamic Catholic at St. Margaret Mary on Saturday, February 15 from 9:30 am – 2 pm. For more event and ticket information, see the Passion & Purpose for Marriage Flyer on the school website.

Lenten Fish Fry & Stations of the Cross – Save the Date – Friday, March 7th

Save the Date for the annual ASCA Lenten Fish Fry scheduled for Friday, March 7th in the ASCA gym.  The Stations of the Cross will take place in McSherry Hall at 5:30 pm prior to the Fish Fry, which will be from 6:00 - 7:30 pm.  Also, please bring a can of food that will be donated to Loaves and Fishes.  The meal will be catered by Belgio’s, and the cost for Adults and Teens is $12, Kids (ages 5-12) is $8 and Kids under 5 eat for free.  Look for an Lenten Fish Fry RSVP flyer to be sent home soon

School Year Hours:  7:30 AM - 4 PM.  Our main entrance during the school year is Door 1.

Summer Office Hours:  9am to Noon (Monday through Thursday) beginning Monday, June 3, 2024 through Wednesday, July 31, 2024.  Please come to Door 7 during the summer months.  Due to summer construction projects, the school may be closed at various times over the summer break.  Please phone first to confirm that the office is open.
