All students at ASCA in K- 8th grade are invited to Plunge into Fitness this spring as Raging Waves Waterpark joins the battle against childhood obesity. The fitness initiative runs February 17th through April 14th, and each child completing the program requirements during this seven-week period will receive a free Raging Waves full day admission pass valued at $28.  All K-8^th grade students will receive a fitness log from Mr. Busche the week of February 9th.  Starting February 17^th, students will color in one item on the fitness log for every 30 minutes of exercise.  After 25 hours have been logged, students can turn in their log sheet to Mr. Busche before April 14^th.  Soon after, students will receive their free waterpark pass to be used this summer.  If you have any questions, please contact Carla Griffin at carla_griffin@ipsd.org

This year's Grandparents Day and May Crowning will be held on the morning of Friday, May 1st.  We have already had a few phone calls from interested grandparents who want the date noted on their calendars, so please feel free to encourage the grandparents in your family to save the date.  More news and invitations will follow as we get closer to the date.

All throughout Lent, All Saints students and their families will support the Hogar del Pobre orphanage in Celaya, Mexico with prayer and a clothing collection.  For most of the children at the orphanage, the clothing that they receive from All Saints students will be the only new outfit that they receive all year long.  In past years, All Saints families have generously been able to contribute over 700 pieces of clothing during the forty days of Lent, which is our current goal (many of our classrooms have set a class collection goal).  The Lenten Service Project flyer was sent home with all oldest and only students last week.  Thank you in advance for your generous contributions.

Ladies, you've sat in the stands all winter long watching your kids play basketball and cheering them on.  Now that their season is finished, it is time to dust off your high tops and put your game face on!  Join your fellow All Saints moms in the gym for some fun on the following dates:

The book fair will be open before and after preschool in McSherry Hall.  Think about books for spring break travels, or gifts for first communions, birthdays and graduations.  There will be books in Spanish available, as well.
