Mrs. Sherri Swanson is delighted to be teaching the "youngest saints" in the three-year-old classroom at All Saints Catholic Academy. With over 30 years of teaching experience, she has taught fourth and fifth grade, kindergarten, and preschool - but her heart belongs to early childhood education, especially working with three-year-olds. Each year, she is inspired by the remarkable transformation of her students as they grow from toddlers into confident learnings, ready to thrive in Pre-K.
Sherri feels deeply called to this vocation, combining her passion for education with her desire to help children build a personal relationship with Jesus. Her classroom is a joyful and active space where young learners are encouraged to explore, develop a love for books, and grow academically, socially, emotionally, and spiritually.
She holds a Bachelor's degree in Elementary Education and a Master of Education (MEd) in Early Childhood Education.
Sherri and her husband Eric have lived in Naperville since 2003. They are the proud parents of four children - Alexia, Marissa, Sophia and RJ, who is currently in eighth grade at ASCA. They are active parishioners at St. Elizabeth Seton, where you can often find them at the 8:30 am Sunday Mass. Be sure to say hello if you see them!
