Mrs. Kennedy

Mrs. Jane KennedyMrs. Jane Kennedy was born and raised in River Forest, IL and now lives in Naperville. She received a BA from Loyola University Chicago and a Masters in Arts and Teaching from Dominican University. Mrs. Kennedy has been an elementary classroom teacher since 2000 and a 4th grade teacher at All Saints Catholic Academy since 2016. She has previously taught 2nd through 5th grades and has thoroughly enjoyed teaching each grade level!

Jane and her husband Luke have two children, a current ASCA student and an ASCA graduate. In her free time, she enjoys reading, hiking, and especially spending time with her family in Door County. Her favorite part of teaching at All Saints is being part of an amazing learning community and sharing her faith with others. Mrs. Kennedy believes creating a learning environment where all students feel safe and respected leads to each child reaching his or her highest potential.

Faith's Law

All Saints follow's Faith's Law, an Illinois law enacted in 2023 to support schools in ensuring the safety of all children while at school. School Accreditation and Recognition

All Saints Catholic Academy is accredited through the Western Catholic Educational Association (WCEA).

WCEA is a nationally recognized accrediting body that evaluates Catholic schools based on academic quality, Catholic identity, leadership, and long-term sustainability. The achievement affirms the Diocese of Joliet’s and All Saints Catholic Academy's continued commitment to excellence in both education and faith formation and formalizes a process for continuous school improvement.


 

All Saints Catholic Academy has received 'Recognition' status from the Illinois State Board of Education (ISBE) as a non-public school, and been state recognized since its inception in 2005.  A "recognized school" means that an ISBE appointed team has visited the school to confirm it is following all required laws. The ISBE team looks at school policies, student and staff files, safety records, and other things; a team revisits the school every five years.  Find out more about non-public school recognition at the ISBE site - https://www.isbe.net/nonpublicprograms.

School Year Hours:  7:30 AM - 4 PM.  Our main entrance during the school year is Door 1.

Summer Office Hours:  9am to Noon (Monday through Thursday) June through end of July.  Please come to Door 7 during the summer months.  Please phone first to confirm that the office is open.
