It's Boosterthon Time!
Today we kicked off our annual Boosterthon event! This year, our entire school is raising funds to support a variety of projects at ASCA, including playground improvements, faculty development, differentiated instruction, and social-emotional learning. Our goal is to raise $35,000, and, we’re inviting YOU to help! Check out this quick video to hear about all the FUN we had today.
Starting tomorrow, be sure to ask your child about the Sports City Worldwide Character Lesson of the Day! It’s a fitness theme all about inspiring students to be active and activate their character. Students will travel the world learning how to live and play with more character from REAL kid-athletes.
Throughout this week and next week, there will be daily challenges and chances for your child to earn prizes on their own and as a class. Tonight, we’re asking everyone to go on mybooster.com and register!
If we reach our school wide goal, each homeroom will have a movie and popcorn celebration. We’ll also be engaging in some friendly competitions among classes. The homeroom that collects the most donations will get to duct tape me to the wall!
