The Crystal Gala - ASCA's 15th Annual Dinner Dance Auction

The Crystal Gala is quickly approaching but, don’t worry, there’s still time to get in on the action:

Tuition Credit Raffle Ticket Winner of the Overnight Stay at the Chicago Marriott Naperville

Congratulations to Dr. Amber Meyers, the lucky winner of the FREE OVERNIGHT STAY at the Chicago Marriott Naperville with breakfast for two! 

The big prize – a $5,000 credit toward your 2020-2021 tuition – is still to come.  Have you purchased your ticket yet?  It could be you; and it just takes one ticket!  Only 150 total tickets can be sold, and there are 40 left.  The grand prize winner will be selected on the night of the DDA, Friday, March 6.  The winner need not be present.   Tickets are available for purchase at the school – check or cash. 

Auction Catalogs and Early Bidding

Luminary Fundraiser

Luminaries in the Roman Catholic Church were created to help guide the spirit of the Christ child into people's homes during the Christmas season.  Often, they are lit in remembrance of someone in prayer.  Our students have been hard at work creating their own beautiful luminaries in memory of a special loved one!  These luminaries will light our way during the Crystal Gala. 

Look for the flyer coming home with youngest and only students today with information on our Crystal Gala Luminary Fundraiser.   Our students have each created a unique and beautiful luminary.  These luminaries will be blessed at the Gala.  Please see the flyer to find out more about how you can make a donation to support the school, and receive your child’s luminary; or click here for the flyer.

We Need Volunteers!

DDA is quickly approaching! We encourage everyone, not just 5th grade parents, to get involved. Believe it or not, it’s fun! This auction benefits the entire school and we need all hands on deck. We STILL have many volunteer opportunities for helping, including at masses selling tickets, pre-event prep and night of helpers.  There are many choices and we are asking that you try to choose just one! Every shift counts!
