All school families are warmly invited to kick off the new school year!
Families who are new to ASCA should plan to visit McSherry Hall for a New Family Orientation at 12:30 PM
➢ Classroom visits to meet the teacher will take place between 1 and 2 PM. If you ordered school supplies from Schoolkidz, you will find them in your child’s classroom. Students also may bring supplies to school on Sunday.
➢ Come enjoy a frosty treat, socializing, and dancing with our favorite DJ, Mr. Andy Fuzak, between 2-3 PM.
➢ Visit the gym to find out more about Athletics, SHPP (our School Home Parish Partnership organization), Volunteering for Recess and Lunch, Band, Orchestra, Piano and Voice Lessons, and more!
➢ ASCA spirit wear will be available for purchase – JemHedz will be on site to create your new spirit wear t-shirt that you can take home on Meet and Greet day! Every Friday, students can wear a spirit wear t-shirt over their regular uniform at All Saints.
➢ ASCA Cereal Drive - SHPP Community Outreach Committee: At All Saints, it is important that our students grow to be ‘others centered’ and serve others. Please bring a box of cereal to the Meet and Greet. The items we collect will help feed hun-gry children in our community who receive assistance through Loaves & Fishes who serve approximately 600 families per month, 50% who are children. Cereal is always on their “Most Needed Items” List.
