Marmion/Rosary Little Cheer Clinic

All kids in grades K-8 are invited to participate in this Cheer Clinic hosted by the Marmion/Rosary Cheerleaders. The cost is $50 per person (+ $1 online service charge) and includes instruction, a t-shirt, and snack. Participants will also perform at a Marmion basketball game on December 13. Charleston Wrap Paper Orders

We have just over a week - to review the Charleston catalogs. (Commissions on giftwrap supplies drop from 50% to 40% on on-line orders.)

On-line purchases with at-home delivery will be available through September 26th. Remember, shipping is free on on-line orders of $85 or more, or just $4.50 for on-line orders under $85 if earmarked for delivery straight to school (“Ship to School” option only available for orders through Friday, September 16th).

Ship-to-school items are scheduled to be delivered to McSherry Hall on Monday morning, November 7th, with pick-up planned for Monday afternoon through Wednesday morning.

Several ASCA families have already gone on-line at http://www.charlestonwrap.com/ to register their students (our School ID is z-9210, and you will need the 7-digit Student Code from your Paper Order Form), and then used Charleston Wrap’s site to send e-mail invitations to friends and relatives! Or, you can share the website, school code and your student’s code via Facebook, Pinterest or Twitter!

Cub Scout Pack 507 Roundup

Dinner Dance Auction Information

The School Wide Auction Basket Collection continues through next Friday, October 14.  In an effort to streamline, we are creating School Wide Auction baskets in lieu of the grade level baskets that were raffled off last year. The monetary donations that are collected will be used to purchase items for the baskets. 

SAVE THE DATE for ASCA's 12th Annual Dinner Dance Auction (DDA) will be held on Saturday, March 18th at the Embassy Suites in Naperville.  This is our premier social event of the year, a wonderful evening with old friends and new, and also our largest fundraiser each year.  Your involvement and attendance are needed and appreciated!

School Year Hours:  7:30 AM - 4 PM.  Our main entrance during the school year is Door 1.

Summer Office Hours:  9am to Noon (Monday through Thursday) beginning Monday, June 3, 2024 through Wednesday, July 31, 2024.  Please come to Door 7 during the summer months.  Due to summer construction projects, the school may be closed at various times over the summer break.  Please phone first to confirm that the office is open.
