Santa Claus is Coming to ASCA this Saturday and will be picking up his Letters!!
It’s not too late to reserve your time slot for a Photo with Santa! It’s that time of year when Santa’s making a list and checking it
twice. Santa really loves to get letters from ASCA boys and girls. Santa would like to get a letter from you! Just drop your letter in the Santa mailbox in the ASCA office. Santa will pick them up this Saturday, 12/13 at the Photos with Santa Event. Bring your family to ASCA to have a picture taken with Santa. There will be craft activities along with light refreshments. Each child receives special gifts from Santa. The cost is $20 per family, which includes 1- 5x7 photograph (to be delivered to ASCA on 12/18/14), 2 digital files emailed to registrant, children’s activities, juice, coffee and snacks. The reservation form is attached to this newsletter and can be found at the ASCA website. Don’t miss out on a fun morning! This event is sponsored by SHPP. The “ASCA Annual Fund” Is About Maintaining Our Core Values
At http://www.weteachmore.com/ , the Diocese of Joliet reminds us of the core elements we value so deeply in our Catholic schools. This is who we are and why we are here, and the ASCA Annual Fund helps us to keep our core values alive.
• Incorporating Faith into the Classroom and into every aspect of our curriculum, reinforcing to students that their personal faith, centered on the Eucharist and the sacraments, remains ever relevant.
• Balancing Challenging Courses with a Nurturing Environment, recognizing that each child is unique and ever‐deserving of individualized attention and one-on‐one focus.
• Collaborating with Families, with our teachers and school leadership doing their best to maintain proactive, candid and open communication with each student’s family.
• Holding Each Other to a Higher Standard of professionalism, morals and ethics, as we are inspired by the Gospel.
• Looking ahead with constant focus on technology, new ideas and best practices.
