Gretchen Rechenmacher is in her second year teaching 1st grade at ASCA. She is excited to be able to share her Catholic faith and her love for learning daily. Mrs. Rechenmacher has a BA from The University of Pittsburgh and an MA in Elementary Education from Northern Illinois. She has been involved in education for the last 25 years as a teacher, interventionist, instructional aide, academic tutor, and substitute.
Mrs. Rechenmacher and her husband Ron have two children; Corinne is a nurse in Kentucky, and AJ is in Medical School at Duke University in North Carolina. In her free time, she enjoys walking, reading, swimming, camping, and socializing with her family and friends.
