Mrs. Cappetta graduated from Western Illinois University with a Bachelor's Degree in Elementary Education and from Concordia University with a Master’s Degree in Reading and Literacy. This will be her 14th year teaching 2nd grade! She likes to create a classroom community that nurtures her second graders to become lifelong learners. One thing Mrs. Cappetta loves about second grade is being able to see her students grow in their relationship with God as we prepare for the Sacraments of Reconciliation and Holy Communion.
Mrs. Cappetta and her husband Anthony live in Woodridge. In her free time she enjoys reading, shopping, walking her dog Bo, and spending time with family and friends.
