Mrs. Elizabeth Quinn has been part of Catholic education her entire life, first as an elementary through college student and now as an ASCA staff member. After graduating college in 1997, she taught preschool for five years before transitioning to a special education resource room on the North Shore, where she taught for four years.
After the birth of her second child in 2005, Mrs. Quinn took an 11-year break from the classroom to focus on raising her growing family. During that time, she had two more children. In 2016, she returned to education as a special education teaching assistant in District 204, where she spent six years serving students with diverse learning needs. Although she enjoyed working with the students in District 204, Mrs. Quinn missed the faith-filled environment of Catholic education that had shaped both her own life and the lives of her children. When she saw the posting for the Kindergarten Teaching Assistant position at All Saints Catholic Academy, she felt called back to her Catholic roots.
Born and raised in Evanston, Illinois, Mrs. Quinn lived there until 2009, when she, her husband, William, and their family moved to Naperville. They have six children, Matthew (30), Carson (29), Allison (29), Molly (20), McKenna (19) and Maddox (17) and two lovable dogs, Bear and Rosie.
Since joining ASCA in late November 2021, Mrs. Quinn has felt truly blessed to be part of such a Christ centered, welcome community, and she is grateful to work in a school where faith, kindness, and a strong sense of community are woven into everyday life.
