Mrs. Higdon

Mrs. Maryanne HigdonMrs. Maryanne Higdon and her husband Rick have lived in the Naperville area for almost 40 years. All three of their children are married, and they are blessed with two granddaughters that bring them much joy. Mrs. Higdon has been working in the school office for over 15 years and loves working in a place where she is able to share her faith life every day.

She enjoys spending time in her garden, sewing projects, cooking new recipes and spending time with many friends and family. Maryanne’s favorite quote is from St. Augustine: “Right is right even if no one is doing it; wrong is wrong even if everyone is doing it.”

School Accreditation and Recognition

All Saints Catholic Academy is accredited through the Western Catholic Educational Association (WCEA).

WCEA is a nationally recognized accrediting body that evaluates Catholic schools based on academic quality, Catholic identity, leadership, and long-term sustainability. The achievement affirms the Diocese of Joliet’s and All Saints Catholic Academy's continued commitment to excellence in both education and faith formation and formalizes a process for continuous school improvement.

All Saints Catholic Academy has received 'Recognition' status from the Illinois State Board of Education (ISBE) as a non-public school, and been state recognized since its inception in 2005.  A "recognized school" means that an ISBE appointed team has visited the school to confirm it is following all required laws. The ISBE team looks at school policies, student and staff files, safety records, and other things; a team revisits the school every five years.  Find out more about non-public school recognition at the ISBE site - https://www.isbe.net/nonpublicprograms.
