Esmeralda Menchaca, also known Mrs. Romero, is beginning her third year working at ASCA after many years of volunteering in the cafeteria and organizing the Lady of Guadalupe celebrations. Through this she has shown her faith, compassion and love to our Catholic community. She has two daughters, both of whom are ASCA alumnae. She completed her education and earned her college degree in Mexico. She loves working at ASCA because she enjoys seeing the kids smile every day during lunch, especially on ice cream and pizza days. She is hardworking, organizes the hot lunches for the day and is thankful for all the lunch volunteers who help every day during lunch.
