Hesed House Advent Collection

All Saints will be collecting much needed items for Hesed House, a homeless shelter based in Aurora.  They serve over 1,000 individuals each year that includes at least 200 children.  The mission of Hesed House is to feed the hungry, clothe the naked, shelter the homeless, and give people the chance to hope again.    By giving what we can, we are truly living the Corporal Works of Mercy.  

 

During this season of Advent, our All Saints school community can 'Be the Light' in the darkness, and come together to help those in need.   There will be collection bins at both Door 1 and 7 through Friday, December 18.  If you can contribute an item or two from the flyer (Click here) that was sent home with all youngest and only students, it would be greatly appreciated.

Faith's Law

All Saints follow's Faith's Law, an Illinois law enacted in 2023 to support schools in ensuring the safety of all children while at school. School Accreditation and Recognition

All Saints Catholic Academy is accredited through the Western Catholic Educational Association (WCEA).

WCEA is a nationally recognized accrediting body that evaluates Catholic schools based on academic quality, Catholic identity, leadership, and long-term sustainability. The achievement affirms the Diocese of Joliet’s and All Saints Catholic Academy's continued commitment to excellence in both education and faith formation and formalizes a process for continuous school improvement.


 

All Saints Catholic Academy has received 'Recognition' status from the Illinois State Board of Education (ISBE) as a non-public school, and been state recognized since its inception in 2005.  A "recognized school" means that an ISBE appointed team has visited the school to confirm it is following all required laws. The ISBE team looks at school policies, student and staff files, safety records, and other things; a team revisits the school every five years.  Find out more about non-public school recognition at the ISBE site - https://www.isbe.net/nonpublicprograms.

School Year Hours:  7:30 AM - 4 PM.  Our main entrance during the school year is Door 1.

Summer Office Hours:  9am to Noon (Monday through Thursday) June through end of July.  Please come to Door 7 during the summer months.  Please phone first to confirm that the office is open.
