October Hot Lunch Orders

October 2018 orders are now being accepted; but ONLY until Monday, October 17.  

Ordering is as easy as 1 - 2 - 3

1.  Print an order form.  One form per student.

2.  Select your lunches.  Make a copy of your order form so that you have a record of the lunches that you ordered. 

3.   Total up your lunches and turn your form in with payment attached (cash or check).  All checks should be made out to ASCA.  You can turn in one check/payment for all of your students.  Turn in your form and payment by the deadline - Monday, September 17.    Lunch orders will not be processed if payment is not attached.
