ASCA Holiday Shop

It's is finally here!!  Starting Monday,  December 11, our first Holiday Shop will be open and ready for business.  The children have been busy looking at our preview table and checking their "nice" lists.  The Holiday Shop will be open Monday, December 11th at 3:00 pm through Thursday, December 14th at 12:30 pm.  The following are the shop's operating hours:  Monday, December 11th 3:00 pm-4:00 pm, Tuesday, December 12th 7:30 am-4:00 pm, Wednesday, December 13th 7:30 am-4:00 pm, and Thursday, December 14th 7:30 am-12:30 pm.  We are anticipating large crowds so please look online at all our items with prices  https://6140250.holidaytreasuresgiftshop.com/ and have your child fill out and bring with them the envelope they received last week to make the shopping and checkout process move as quickly as possible.  Checks should be made payable to ASCA.  There is no tax on these purchases and gift wrapping is included, free of charge!  

We are still in need of volunteers to make our Holiday Shop a success.  If you haven't done so already, please consider signing up.  It's a great way to mingle, be involved in our school community, and surprise your child with an in school visit.  You may even find a stocking stuffer or two while you're there!  Use the SignUp Genius link www.signupgenius.com/go/9040b4baba928a46-asca to volunteer. If you aren't able to work any of the shifts listed but are still interested in donating your time, please contact Michelle Ling at niunurse@gmail.com.  Help is needed all day long.

Faith's Law

All Saints follow's Faith's Law, an Illinois law enacted in 2023 to support schools in ensuring the safety of all children while at school. School Accreditation and Recognition

All Saints Catholic Academy is accredited through the Western Catholic Educational Association (WCEA).

WCEA is a nationally recognized accrediting body that evaluates Catholic schools based on academic quality, Catholic identity, leadership, and long-term sustainability. The achievement affirms the Diocese of Joliet’s and All Saints Catholic Academy's continued commitment to excellence in both education and faith formation and formalizes a process for continuous school improvement.


 

All Saints Catholic Academy has received 'Recognition' status from the Illinois State Board of Education (ISBE) as a non-public school, and been state recognized since its inception in 2005.  A "recognized school" means that an ISBE appointed team has visited the school to confirm it is following all required laws. The ISBE team looks at school policies, student and staff files, safety records, and other things; a team revisits the school every five years.  Find out more about non-public school recognition at the ISBE site - https://www.isbe.net/nonpublicprograms.

School Year Hours:  7:30 AM - 4 PM.  Our main entrance during the school year is Door 1.

Summer Office Hours:  9am to Noon (Monday through Thursday) June through end of July.  Please come to Door 7 during the summer months.  Please phone first to confirm that the office is open.
