Event date: 12/14/2020 Export event Patty Bajek / Wednesday, December 2, 2020 / Categories: School Events Hesed House Advent Collection All Saints will be collecting much needed items for Hesed House, a homeless shelter based in Aurora. They serve over 1,000 individuals each year that includes at least 200 children. The mission of Hesed House is to feed the hungry, clothe the naked, shelter the homeless, and give people the chance to hope again. By giving what we can, we are truly living the Corporal Works of Mercy. During this season of Advent, our All Saints school community can 'Be the Light' in the darkness, and come together to help those in need. There will be collection bins at both Door 1 and 7 through Friday, December 18. If you can contribute an item or two from the flyer (Click here) that was sent home with all youngest and only students, it would be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance for your willingness to 'Be the Light'. Print 8253
