Saints Strong Virtual Celebration (SSVC) - this year's virtual Auction

 

Support All Saints with an evening of Fun and Fundraising!!!

 

 

With the health and safety of our students, faculty, and school families always at the forefront of everything that we do at All Saints, ASCA’s biggest fundraiser and ‘fun’raiser of the year will be a virtual event.

 

The Saints Strong Virtual Celebration (SSVC - aka The Dinner Dance Auction - DDA) 

will take place on Saturday, March 20 at 6 pm.  

 

Our All Saints Catholic Academy school community warmly invites you to join us for a fun evening of trivia games, and silent auctions and drawings, all supporting the school!

 

What You Need to Know about the SSVC

 

  • When:  A two hour virtual event on Saturday, March 20, 2021 beginning at 6 pm – AND you can enjoy the celebration from anywhere! You can view the event from the comfort of your own home, or with a small group of family or friends.
  • What:  The evening will begin with a message from our principal, Mrs. Marshall, followed by Live Trivia, silent auction items, drawings for the Lotto Basket, the Tuition Credit Raffle, and the 50/50 Raffle, and our Call for Cash with proceeds going to build a new STEM Lab at All Saints.
  • WhoEveryone can attend this year’s auction! School Family? Yes! Alumni? Yes, Yes, Yes!!! Friends of an current or former ASCA family? Of course! Parishioners from our supporting parishes? You bet! Even children can jump in and play along as well, as individuals, or as a team with their friends.  Everyone is looking for something fun to do - come to the virtual auction!!!

 

Other Important Information

 

  • Live Auction Items will be available to preview on the GiveSmart website starting Friday, March 12. We will be featuring 1 live auction item per day, the week leading up to the Auction, starting on Monday, March 15. The highest and final bidder by 8 pm on the day that the item is auctioned will be the winner!

 

  • Silent Auction Preview will open on Friday, March 19 at 6 pm. Silent Auction bidding will begin the night of the event, Saturday, March 20.

 

  • Tickets are $30 per individual/couple, or $75 for a table. Please note that a table is suggested for a group that will be physically together during the Trivia Night and want to work as a team.

 

  • Each ticket purchased will receive an entry for the Lotto Basket Raffle (1 entry for a $30 ticket / 3 tickets for a $75 ticket).

 

  • Teacher/Staff tickets are available for purchase/donation for $20.

 

  • Enjoy your evening with Meals to Go from My Chef Catering (a Patron Sponsor of the 2020 DDA) or Aurelio's Springbrook Square. There will be No Cookin' in the Kitchen on this evening; and All Saints will receive a portion of all meal sales.  Click here for the My Chef menu for this evening.

Faith's Law

All Saints follow's Faith's Law, an Illinois law enacted in 2023 to support schools in ensuring the safety of all children while at school. School Accreditation and Recognition

All Saints Catholic Academy is accredited through the Western Catholic Educational Association (WCEA).

WCEA is a nationally recognized accrediting body that evaluates Catholic schools based on academic quality, Catholic identity, leadership, and long-term sustainability. The achievement affirms the Diocese of Joliet’s and All Saints Catholic Academy's continued commitment to excellence in both education and faith formation and formalizes a process for continuous school improvement.


 

All Saints Catholic Academy has received 'Recognition' status from the Illinois State Board of Education (ISBE) as a non-public school, and been state recognized since its inception in 2005.  A "recognized school" means that an ISBE appointed team has visited the school to confirm it is following all required laws. Quick Links

School Year Hours:  7:30 AM - 4 PM.  Our main entrance during the school year is Door 1.

Summer Office Hours:  9am to Noon (Monday through Thursday) June through end of July.  Please come to Door 7 during the summer months.  Please phone first to confirm that the office is open.
