Welcome Back!

Welcome back to school!  The All Saints Parent Association (ASPA) is excited for another great school year!  Please save the date for our first ASPA meeting on Tuesday, September 12th at 7:00pm in McSherry Hall.

Volunteer Requirements

If you have volunteered in the past, please log into your Virtus account at https://www.virtusonline.org/virtus/ and complete the recently added module to be compliant. If you are a new family to ASCA, please visit the “Resources” tab on the FACTS Family Portal for instructions on how you can complete the volunteer requirements.

ASCA Fun Run

We will kick off our Fun Run preparation next Wednesday, and then all students will participate in the run on Friday, September 22nd! The Fun Run is an annual ASCA tradition, a favorite of the students, and an important fundraiser for the school. Proceeds from this year’s event will go toward continued playground and recess pad improvements. Plan to join us on the 22nd to cheer on your students. Volunteers are also needed daily to process and distribute prizes as well as mark laps on the day of the run. Click here to sign up! You can also click here for a preview of the many great prizes available for this year’s Fun Run!.

Fall Book Fair

Scholastic Book Fair will be coming to All Saints September 26-29! This is a great chance to get some new books for the new school year. The success of this event depends on the help of our great parent volunteers. Consider signing up here to help for a slot or two. It’s a fun way to see your child during the day, meet other parents, and support the school!.

Martin Luther King Day of Service - Monday, January 15, 2024

ASPA's Community Outreach Committee is pleased to offer multiple options for service activities for MLK Day. We hope that you will all have fun while helping others and getting to know members of our ASCA family!

Please keep in mind, you are not limited to these activities; feel free to create and complete your own act of service in your home or neighborhood. For example, you may choose to help a neighbor with chores or shovel their snow, write a letter to senior citizen or active-duty military personnel, and/or volunteer with your family at an organization close to your heart.

The community service activity can be completed any time during the month of January to allow families to complete community service opportunities in a way that works for them. We encourage you to find an activity that matches your passion and participate wholeheartedly.

More information to come as we get closer to this date.
