ASCA Christmas Concert

We joyfully look forward to our kindergarten through grade 5 students sharing their musical gifts with us, and bringing the Christmas and holiday spirit to ASCA.

 

Please see the following information previously shared by Ms. Sipll, our Music teacher:

  • When and What Time: The Christmas Program is this Thursday, December 15th at 6:00pm in the Gym. Doors will open at 5:30. Please have students arrive no later than 5:45pm.
  • Upon Arrival: Students should leave all coats and belongings with their families. Students will check in with their homeroom teacher for attendance, and sit in their assigned spot in the bleachers. Students are not allowed to have electronics during the concert.
  • What to Wear: Students should be dressed in school appropriate dress clothes (Christmas colors encouraged, but not required). Please no shirts with graphics, shoes with exceptionally high heels, perfumes, scented body lotions, or sprays.
  • How Long Will It Be?: The program is anticipated to last around one hour, give or take.
  • Is My Child Allowed to Leave After They Sing?: Students are highly encouraged to stay for the duration of the concert to support our school community. If there is a reason you must leave early, please let myself and your child's homeroom teacher know as soon as possible.

Faith's Law

All Saints follow's Faith's Law, an Illinois law enacted in 2023 to support schools in ensuring the safety of all children while at school. School Accreditation and Recognition

All Saints Catholic Academy is accredited through the Western Catholic Educational Association (WCEA).

WCEA is a nationally recognized accrediting body that evaluates Catholic schools based on academic quality, Catholic identity, leadership, and long-term sustainability. The achievement affirms the Diocese of Joliet’s and All Saints Catholic Academy's continued commitment to excellence in both education and faith formation and formalizes a process for continuous school improvement.


 

All Saints Catholic Academy has received 'Recognition' status from the Illinois State Board of Education (ISBE) as a non-public school, and been state recognized since its inception in 2005.  A "recognized school" means that an ISBE appointed team has visited the school to confirm it is following all required laws. The ISBE team looks at school policies, student and staff files, safety records, and other things; a team revisits the school every five years.  Find out more about non-public school recognition at the ISBE site - https://www.isbe.net/nonpublicprograms.

School Year Hours:  7:30 AM - 4 PM.  Our main entrance during the school year is Door 1.

Summer Office Hours:  9am to Noon (Monday through Thursday) June through end of July.  Please come to Door 7 during the summer months.  Please phone first to confirm that the office is open.
