Parent Teacher Conferences - No Classes

Conferences will be held in person in the classrooms this year. You may sign up for conferences through SchoolSpeak; please look for the sign up under Quick Links for your child’s grade level. Sign-ups will close on Monday, November 1st.

For students in preschool-5th grade, conferences with homeroom teachers will be 15 minutes long, 10am-7pm (with short breaks for lunch and dinner). Please be mindful of your conference’s start and end time so the day can run smoothly for all teachers and parents. Parents should sign up for one conference per child only.

For students in 6th-8th grade, you will see conference sign-up forms available for each of your child’s teachers. Junior high conferences will be 10 minutes long, 9am-7pm (with short breaks for lunch and dinner). Please be mindful of your conference’s start and end time so the day can run smoothly for all teachers and parents. Despite our adjustments to the conference schedule, it is not possible for junior high teachers to conference with each parent. While the teachers would love to have time with each one of you, there are 170 students in junior high and we are unable to reasonably schedule that many conferences. Instead, we ask that you review your child’s grades in advance and only schedule conferences for those classes in which you have concerns or questions. If your child is doing well and you have no concerns or questions, we encourage you to conference with the homeroom or one core subject teacher, or to reach out via email for a simple check-in rather than scheduling a conference.

For resource teachers (Mrs. Carden and Mrs. Kujawa) and specials teachers (Mrs. Breunig, PK-8th Art; Mrs. Hepburn, PK-5th Spanish; Mrs. Kowalczyk, Kdg Tech & 3rd-8th STEAM; Mr. Lindgren, PK-8th P.E.; Mrs. Long, 1st-2nd Tech; Mrs. Wynne, PK-8th Music), please contact the teacher directly via email if you would like to schedule a conference.

We look forward to seeing you on November 4th!

Faith's Law

All Saints follow's Faith's Law, an Illinois law enacted in 2023 to support schools in ensuring the safety of all children while at school. School Accreditation and Recognition

All Saints Catholic Academy is accredited through the Western Catholic Educational Association (WCEA).

WCEA is a nationally recognized accrediting body that evaluates Catholic schools based on academic quality, Catholic identity, leadership, and long-term sustainability. The achievement affirms the Diocese of Joliet’s and All Saints Catholic Academy's continued commitment to excellence in both education and faith formation and formalizes a process for continuous school improvement.

All Saints Catholic Academy has received 'Recognition' status from the Illinois State Board of Education (ISBE) as a non-public school, and been state recognized since its inception in 2005.  A "recognized school" means that an ISBE appointed team has visited the school to confirm it is following all required laws. The ISBE team looks at school policies, student and staff files, safety records, and other things; a team revisits the school every five years.  Find out more about non-public school recognition at the ISBE site - https://www.isbe.net/nonpublicprograms.
