Re-enrollment of Current Families for 2022-2023 School Year
Re-enrollment of current school families for the 2022-2023 school year will take place in December beginning Monday, December 6 through Friday, December 17.
On Monday, December 6, our All Saints school community will mark the completion of almost 40% of this 2021-2022 school year. It has been an honor and a privilege to partner with our school families in the education of our student(s), and to witness their growth from the beginning of this school year until now.
We are ever grateful for the deposit of trust and support extended to All Saints by all of our current ASCA school families this year; and we warmly invite their return to ASCA for the 2022-2023 school year.
Please review the following FAQ’s that explain the re-enrollment process
Q: What do I have to do if my currently enrolled student plans to return to ASCA for the 2022-2023 school year?
A: You do not have to do anything. Your student will be automatically re-enrolled for the 2022-2023 school year.
Q: I have a student in Preschool 3’s that will be returning for Pre K4. How do I let you know which days he/she will be attending school next year?
A: We will contact all preschool 3 families to confirm their child’s schedule for the 2022-2023 school year in January following Christmas Break.
Q: I have a child that is not currently enrolled at All Saints. How do I enroll a new sibling?
A: We require the following for new sibling enrollment for the 2022-2023 school year:
-
New Sibling Registration Form (Link TBA)
-
Original Official Birth Certificate (original document will be returned once we have made a copy)
-
Baptism / First Communion Certificate(s) (where applicable, copy acceptable)
-
Most recent grade report and standardized test scores (students entering grades 1-8)
-
Copy of most recent IEP/504 Plan (where applicable)
This paperwork may be returned to school beginning Monday, December 6, but no later than Friday, December 17.
Applications for new sibling enrollment will not be accepted unless all items noted above accompany the application.
All new sibling registration applications will be reviewed; and families will be notified via email to confirm their new student's enrollment.
Q: How much does re-enrollment cost?
A: There is a re-enrollment fee of $250, and a $250 payment that will be credited toward 2022-2023 tuition, for a total of $500.
Please see the following important details about these payments:
$250 Re-enrollment Fee
The re-enrollment fee is $250 per family, and is non-refundable. The fee will be charged to your current FACTS agreement on Friday, January 14, 2022, and payable within 10 days of invoice. If the re-enrollment fee is not paid by the invoice due date, your student’s spot will be released, and become available for new student registration which begins on Sunday, January 30, 2022.
$250 Payment that will be Credited Toward 2022-2023 Tuition
We will require a $250 non-refundable payment per family that will be credited to next year’s 2022-2023 tuition. This payment will be charged to your current FACTS agreement, and payable by Thursday, April 14, 2022. Families who do not pay this amount that will be credited to 2022-2023 tuition will forfeit their student’s enrollment spot at that time.
Families who would like to request a payment plan for these charges may contact the ASCA Business Office.
Q: What if I do not plan to send my student(s) to ASCA for the 2022-2023 school year?
A: Families who do not intend to return to ASCA for the 2022-2023 school year must inform Patty Bajek, ASCA’s Director of Student Services, in writing via email (pbajek@ascacademy.org) or letter no later than 4 pm on Friday, December 17. You will be charged the $250 non-refundable re-enrollment fee if you do not inform the school in writing that you are not returning by Friday, December 17.
If a family wishes to change their decision and enroll after December 17 (after notifying the school in writing that they do not intend to re-enroll; and space is available), the enrollment fee will be as follows:
-
From December 18, 2021 – January 29, 2022: the enrollment fee will be $275 per family
-
From January 30 to June 30, 2022: the enrollment fee will be $300 per family
-
From July 1 – July 31, 2022: the enrollment fee will be $325 per family
-
From August 1, 2022 forward: the enrollment fee will be $350 per family
Please see the following important information to consider throughout the re-enrollment process:
-
Currently enrolled students are only guaranteed enrollment for the 2022-2023 school year if they are re-enrolled by Friday, December 17. As we begin to accept new siblings, and then new students, classes fill quickly.
We are currently waitlisted at the following grade levels: Pre K, K, 1, 5, 7 and 8. We only have one spot currently available at PS3 and 3rd.

The fees that you pay as part of the re-enrollment process are non refundable. The All Saints Catholic Academy School Board has made every effort to thoughtfully establish tuition rates and fees with great stewardship towards providing an excellent academic and faith based education for our students and school families.
There are budgetary, staffing and student enrollment and allocation issues that are impacted when a student withdraws from All Saints. Our refund policy recognizes that there are revenue and cost considerations associated with occupying an enrollment spot with subsequent withdrawal.
If you have any questions about the current family re-enrollment process, please contact Patty Bajek at pbajek@ascacademy.org , or (630) 961-6125.
