Class of 2018 Graduation Activities Meetings
Attention Parents of the Graduating Class of 2018,
Can you believe that our kids will graduate 8th Grade in just 8 months? Graduation is a very exciting time at All Saints; filled with activities, class trips, parties and more. While we know it will be some time before all of this occurs, we thought it would be helpful to give everyone a “heads up” for what is to come.
We invite you all to a meeting to discuss and plan the activities, and sign up to help if interested. We are holding both a morning and evening meeting; but if you cannot attend, simply email us and express the area(s) you would like to help with.
When:
- Friday, October 13, 2017 at 8:00 am in the Conference Room
- Friday, October 13, 2017 at 5:30-6:30 pm (open house style) in the conference room, please enter through Door 1
We are looking for someone to chair and also be members of the following committee’s:
- Morphing Video
- Yard Signs
- Class of 2018 T- Shirts
- Sign Up Genius
- Yearbook Signing Party
- 8th Grade Breakfast
- Family Graduation Party
- Legacy Gift Funding
- Bake Sales
- Bundt Cake Sale
- Bakers Square Pies
- Saver’s
Parents - you may not yet know it, but you all have such an impact on our graduates and the lasting memories that this 8th grade year brings. You will so enjoy being involved in the planning and execution of these various activities and events.
